I have short hair!

ahhh!!!! I know i know I actually did it! Yes, I cut off 10 INCHES!!!!! I've had long hair since forever and I've always wanted to see what I look like with short hair...my roomates didn't think I had the guts to do it. So one day I just went and did it. I had my hair donated to Locks of Love, so someone who doesn't have hair now has my hair.
It's really different, but I love it! It's so easy and so much more voluminous! I do miss my long hair but i'm not sad about it at all!

It's Beginning to look a lot like Christmas

Well it's been an incredibly long time since I've posted..so much has happened and I've been super busy!
Thanksgiving break was so much fun! It was so great being to be able to spend time with family that I havent seen in forever and a day!
My last couple of weeks in rexburg were stressful but the best. I had finals which actually went pretty well. It began to snow which was so fun.
I went with Danny to his family wards Christmas dinner, it was so nice going to a family ward, having little kids every where and the older couples! I met a lot of people that had a big influence in Danny's life and it was just so great!
It was hard saying goodbye to Danny, but we've been keeping in touch through texting, phone calls, emails and all that good stuff everyday.
My trip home was absurd..with the snow storm...driving 30 mph...hitting black ice..losing control of the car..the car losing all power in Malad Idaho...not being ale to find a mechanic...sitting in the the freezing car for 4 hours...Curtis saving the day and picking us up and taking us to the airport.
Anyways I'm finally home and loving it! It's been great seeing friends and family. I just love Livermore!

Monday, December 8, 2008

So some rumors have been going around about Danny and I. Nothing has happened, nothing has changed, we are still dating, we both care a lot about each other and want to continue progressing in our relationship.
So instead of believing something you heard from someone else...call me..i'll give you the facts.

And things get better and better

Danny and I...such a good picture don't you think? haha
The birthday girl (Katelyn) and Danny
Hey y'all! So these past two weeks have flown by! Lots of school stuff, church stuff, friends stuff, boy stuff etc!
So this past weekend was my roomates birthday! She is an incredible young lady! I love her! She is hilarious because all she eats is air popped pop corn with "I can't believe it's not butter" sprayed a million and 2 times on it, and millions and millions of gumballs everyday. So we got her gumballs and popcorn for her birthday. We went to "Wingers" for dinner, it was super fun!
Life has been.............GREAT! : )

what's up?!!!

Hey y'all! So Halloween was great! I dont remember if I wrote about it in my last blog..hmm not sure.
Anyways everything is going fantastic! It's getting cold here which is crazy, but still fun. It snowed a couple days ago and we got like 2 inches worth..maybe more..you know me and my math skills haha.
So this week I've actually done/seen a lot of things i've never done/seen before!!!
So I have a new...hm..I guess I'll him my "friend-boy" his name is Danny. I was over at his house the other day and he was chopping wood, and I split a whole log in half with an ax! It was so fun, I didn't think I would be able to do it...but I did!
Also this weekend he and his dad were building a tank and I had the privilege of watching them Weld it together. It was surprisingly way fun.  So yes, that's my exciting news for the week!

Oh and here is a video of our final show for band/guard...you hardly see me at all except at the end because in the beginning i'm on the left side, and the camera only shows the right side. But still you'll get the idea of the show I helped put together! Just click on the link below...

Viking Marching band and what not!

Brand new guard uniforms that I got to pick out! yay!
The best band ever..playing music in the stands...all of us guard girls would always dance and sing to their beautiful music!
Here's a shot of us during one of our performances!
Hey y'all! So life has been crazy! I've had colorguard performances up the whing whang! I had my last one on saturday! It was way sad, but it was a great performance. All of my roomates went, and also the local High school band came (they performed during half time). It was so great seeing a high school band and guard perform...brought back TONS of memories!
The season has been great, all of us girls got a long great! It was stressful having to write a routine, teach it, make it work with the formations..BUT SO WORTH IT!
I loved being a part of the band, we had so many cheers, and songs and sayings we would say. Everyone was way spirited and I loved it!
The band director from the local middle school was at our last performance...he came up to me afterwards and asked me to help choreograph his winterguard routine. So this should be fun!

I've been Tagged!

Hey!!!!! Sooo I've been TAGGED! My sisters Kim and Lindsey both tagged me!
So I have to say 6 random things about myself....this should be fun...

1.) So the weirdest stuff creeps me out. Like all the fake birds that my siblings love to give my parents....and all the gnomes in my back yard...of the commercial of the pear dressed up like a pirate! Scary! I think it's just that they are so weird that they creep me out..in a weird way haha! I know....i'm weird LOL

2.) So I didn't realize I did this until my roomates pointed it out to me. Everynight before I can go to sleep I have to fix my blankets/sheets. They have to be perfect! They have to be tucked in...then I slip in and roll over and fix them again making sure they are all even and covering me completely. hahaha i'm so crazy. Of course when I wake up they are just a mess but as long as they are perfect when I go to sleep haha!

3.) So everyone knows I want to be a cosmetologist but I dont just want to work in a salon...BORING! I want to go BIG...i mean go big or go home right? So I would love to style models hair for Vogue...or for fashion shows...or for the show Project Runway. I love all the crazy, artsy, weird but so fun hair dos! So I decided to do my roomates hair like a girl that I saw on a fashion show...it turned out pretty well! See how it's totally different? That's the point! Love it!

4.)  When i'm driving I have to be listening to music. I'm always singing, and dancing and having fun. I love to drive!!!!! I could drive forever and not get bored as long as I have my music. I often find myself talking to the people i'm driving by, and then laughing at myself because I'm so weird lol! Now the talking to people part isn't as weird as it sounds...i'm talking like...me saying...oh i love her hair...or hey i know you! A lot of people I drive with get super upset with other drivers...but I feel like that just stressed out the passengers so I try and make a joke out of the situation..it's really fun you should try it!

5.) I LOVE to dance. It's such a passion of mine! I just love love love it! Whenever I hear music I have to move somehow. It's so hard for me to go to musicals, or anything involving dance, because I'm not up there dancing! That's part of the reason I love colorguard, it's dance with equipment love it! I guess I just love to perform...well just about anything! When you perform you can be something your totally not for awhile, you get to pretend like you totally know what you are doing, I just love it!

6.) I love blankets, and pillows and all that kind of stuff. I have wayyy to many blankets, but I think it's just something I collect. I feel like you can never have too many. I love super soft huge pillows, and body pillows, and the super soft blankets....ah love them!!!! Especially when they are purple or zebra print!

I tag.... Ryan Hahn, and Randy Hahn...hahahaha : )

So the amazing roomates and I decided to take pictures! We took them today and already have frames up on our wall to put them in. Our apt this semester is super cute...LOVE IT!

So Friday night the colorguard had it's first performance!!!!!! It was at a local high school football game. It was FREEZING...like beyond any cold i've ever known. Somehow we were able to get our fingers moving!I kept trying to come up with fun games to distract from the cold.
The performance went great! I'll have someone film it and post it for sure! It was way fun because we got to ride in a bus...and we sang songs...laughed talked...cheered..it was great!

This weekend was Mothers weekend...unfortunately mom didn't get to come : (
Hayley, and Courtneys mom came along with her aunt. They were so fun, and just wanted to have a blast...so we showed them the ropes! They fed us amazing food, decorated our apt. gave us tons of hugs...and candy! So even though it would've been a million times better if mom was there it was still fun!. Hayleys mom calls anyone that she really loves super stars...and I guess she really loved us cuzz she called us the superstar apt!

Conference Weekend

So this past weekend had the amazing opportunity to drive down to Utah!
Hayley, Courtney, and Chelsea drove down with me. The drive was great, we talked about efy the entire time haha. Hayley and I were both counselors and courtney wants to be one this summer.

After I dropped everyone off at different places I went to a home in South Jordan. My roomate Eva is really close to a family...they have triplets (all girls) a little boy and a baby girl. I got to know the family really well when I visited eva last Christmas and when I spent time with them last conference. They rented a HUGEEEEEE house! It had 12 bedrooms. along with a theater, a gym, play room, and many other cool features. A pool was outside with a fountain, a spa under the fountain, a slide and another spa.

Anyways I was invited to stay at the house and help watch the kids. They gave Eva and I tickets to the saturday morning session of conference. It was amazing! We were in the middle to the left so we got to watch the prophet walk in. It was raining sooooo hard! After walking to the car I looked like a wet dog!
I was able to visit with Lindsey and Kim, and all the kids! It was amazing! I love my sisters and all my nieces and nephews!!!! They make me uber happy!
Afterwards I helped Eva put the kids to sleep, then I went on a blind date!
A co counselor from EFY set us up. It was really fun we went to this really cool park, and played a bunch of games.
Sunday we watched conference, and headed home!
The drive home was great! All of us roomates had missed eachother and were so excited to be reunited! We sang songs at the top of our lungs made some fun bathroom breaks etc.

It was a great weekend, the Baker family (family I stayed with) was soooo generous..and I LOVE the kids!
Conference was so uplifting and helped answer some questions I had had.
Overall best weekend!

Fall '08

This beautiful girl right here is my actual roomate, her name is Amanda, and she is awesome! We both love to sleep, so it works out well! lol! An often scene in our room is me acting like a fool and her laughing her head off lol

These are my beautiful rommates this fall! (not the best picture of me..but hey y'all know what i look like lol) This semester is heavenly because we all get along so well it's scary! We love when we are all home together, we can sit and talk for hours and hours : )
So the city of rexburg put on this huge party! Over 2,000 students/families went to it. Paul Mitchell Hair Academy students went and were giving people crazy hair styles for free! So Eva and I did it, this is the result. Cool huh?! It's really messy because we had been dancing and going crazy all night..but you get the idea lol

Last night I went with a huge group of people to the sand dunes. We played capture the flag. It was way fun! The stars were beautiful! They completely filled the sky!

Back to the Books!

So on Sept 6th, I left my beautiful, amazing, fun home in Livermore California, and headed up to good 'ol Rexburg Idaho.
On the way I was able to eat lunch with Kim and Lindsey (my two amazing older sisters). It was short but way worth it and way fun! I love my older sisters and so look up to them!
My roomates are way sweet and fun! I'm rooming with a young lady from Texas!
So i'm on overload this semester. I'm taking :
Intro to Theater
French
Child Development
Preparation for Eternal Marriage (haha dont laugh it WILL happen lol)
English
Marching Band

Way fun classes! I love all of my teachers..they are just laying the work on THICK so far. But i've been really good and as soon as I get home I do my homework so Dad should be proud haha!

I'm not actually in the band but I'm doing colorguard! The instructor for the colorguard had an emergency and was not able to come to school this semester. So................
I'M THE INSTRUCTOR!!!!! ahhh!!!!!!! haha
It is WAY awesome. A ton of stress but way fun! I have 8 girls on the team (which is way good...only 3 last semester)
The band is amazing we all get a long great and have a lot of spirit! We will perform at football games...go to High school games...perform for the faculty and is the quad a couple of times.
Way Exciting!
So my French class...well...haha My first day I look JUST like this.......

hahaha NO lie! My past two semesters I've taken French from a young man that served his mission in France and he was good but...well easy. So now I have a new teacher..she was born and raised in France and just in the past year came to the U.S. So she NEVER speaks english...like EVER...hence the look on my face. I was really worried at first but i'm beginning to be able to understand what she is saying..or at least get the gist of it haha! It shall be an adventure!

Tribute to the Brothers!

So in case you didn't know i have the BEST brothers...like EVER!
I was blessed with 3 handsome, amazing brothers!
They each inspire me in different ways.....
Ronny my oldest is awesome! He is so handsome and my dads twin. He is the odd one in the family by his smarts, he is so smart in all the areas that the rest of the Hahns arent the best in such as math, science, he runs marathons, he's a computer genius, he's amazing! I love visiting with Ronny because he asks me about everything in my life and he makes me feel important. Ronny is also HILARIOUS, he likes to make fun of me and my super girly-ness, and when he tries to talk like a girl it's awesome haha. I love you Ronny!
Randy the middle child has always been known as the funny one. He can brighten any situation! I remember when I was just a little girl and maybe Carrie would upset me or something and i'd be up in my room and he would be the first to come up and make me happy. He is also handsome and very smart! He is able to do about anything and everything! He always seems to know exactly what i'm going through and he always gives the perfect advice. He is very optimistic, and I love showing him off to my friends! I love you Randy!
Ryan is the brother closest to me.  Growing up I always looked up to Ryan, I thought he was the most stylish, coolest kid ever. I thought that he should've been nominated Prom King, and just be the most popular ever because he was so cool! He was always the mediator between Carrie and I's fights haha. He taught me to just not care about the dumb things. He used to "eat my belly" and I loved it! He is also so handsome and incredibly smart and talented! I still feel like I'm not at Ryans cool level yet haha.

So basically I have the most amazing brothers ever. I want to marry a guy that is just like all three of them. I really consider my brothers my best friends...love love love you!

Saturday, August 23, 2008

So since every one else is doing it I figure, i'll jump on the band wagon also haha

1.)As a comment on my blog leave one memory that you and i had together, or one of the first memories you have of me.
2.) Next do the same on your blog!

This should be interesting, try to be nice....HAHAHA

Best 3 weeks!

Sooo as all of you know I had the best opportunity to be an EFY counselor this summer. I did it for 3 weeks, 2 in Provo and one in Fresno California. It was an AMAZING experience. I cannot even begin to describe! I learned so much, and I've already put so much of it to use being home for only a couple of days.
The theme this year was Steady and Sure, the scripture was Mosiah 5:15 (awesome scripture go read it!)
So my first week I was assigned to just another guy counselor Ben Gardner. It was his first week ever also. This was kinda worrisome haha, but it ended up working great. Because we both were new we had to really work together. He is an amazing guy and we had a lot of fun together. We still text and keep in contact it's great.
My kids the first week were kinda shy, but they were great! I love and miss them!
This is Ben (my first co counselor).
This is Erin she wasn't my co counselor but we got to know eachother really well. She goes to BYU-Idaho so i'm way excited to see her up there! She's so fun and I love her. By the way the green polos are the shirts we had to wear everyday so people knew we were counselors.
Here is Erin again, this is at the Friday night dance outside. We were both put on dance duty, which is where you are assigned a duty at the dance, ours was to make sure no non Efy participants tried to sneak in haha (and yes it happens lol)
Here is my co counselor in Fresno. His name is Marc Harrison, he is actually really good looking but because he is making a fish face......HAHAHA just kidding. But he was great. I had some crazy kids in Fresno and he helped me deal with them lol!
Every Wednesday night it's games and pizza night. Games night is where your company (which is my kids and my co counselors kids combined) make up a cheer/skit and perform it in front of judges, create a banner saying the company name, and play a ton of games with the entire session(everyone at EFY). It's super fun, and it's a great opportunity for the kids to really bond. This picture is of my first group of kids, the banner is upside down..of course, hahaha.

These are just a few of many, and I will most deff add to this blog with more pictures, I just have to go develop them.
Being an EFY counselor was amazing (i know i've said the already haha). It was hard because I had to wake up at 5 am and couldn't go to bed until after midnight, and I was going going going all day. Yet it was so rewarding.
Everyday I would have a devotional with my girls, and every other day I would teach the devotional to the entire company. Every day was scheduled, yet I had the opportunity to entertain my kids during the down time, such as waiting in lines or during lunch. It was great teaching them games, songs, or getting to know the youth. The youth are amazing and I honestly became great friends with them. I already miss them a lot!
The other counselors were so amazing, We all became one huge family.
It was great because everyday I was teaching and learning and doing what I love which is working with the youth, teaching, and being involved with the gospel, plus I got to dance and sing and everything else!
I could probably write a novel on what I have learned but ya'll are probably bored by now!
But lets just say I plan to bring the EFY spirit home, and it's already made a huge difference in my life. I look at everything with a different perspective now.
I love ya'll so much! The church is true! And remember to "always be abounding in good works" and dont ever forget Christ and if you can achieve that, that you can achieve anything!

Happy Birthday Lindsay!!!!!!!!!

Lindsay's birthday was on Saturday! YAY!!!! From the moment I met Lindsay I considered her an amazing friend! I never felt awkward or weird around her, she instantly fit perfectly into the family. I consider her to be a sister and best friend. She has always accepted me for just who I am. Lindsay is a GENIUS! She knows the answers to just about everything. She is so talented in so so so many ways!
I'm so blessed to have lived near her for so long! I could always turn to her for advice, help, or just someone to talk to. She always seemed to understand what I was going through.  She's super fun and forever young! Lindsay is stunningly beautiful ALL THE TIME.  I love being around Lindsay because she knows how to make any situation fun! I love you Lindsay! I hope you had an AMAZING birthday!
OH and Lindsay is one of the VERY few that gladly accepts my hugs all the time! I've never given lindsay a hug and have her pull away or not want it. In fact she gives me hugs too! love love love it!

June! Where'd You go?

So as all of you know June is by far my FAVORITE month! first of all it's summer, my birthday, no more school, the RODEO, and it's just beautiful!
This june has been VERY different from the rest of my 18 years. It was snowing here in the beginning, my birthday was, well hard not being with family and my best friends. I'm still in school, and I didn't get to go to the Livermore Rodeo.
But its still been a good month dont get me wrong! Thanks to all those who REMEMBERED hahahahaha my birthday and called me and what not. You guys are awesome! It was good to hear from y'all!
My friends told me they were taking me out to dinner but didn't tell me where. All of a sudden my appartment was filled with tons of people and they blind folded me. I was carried out to the car and they took me to Wingers for drinks, McDonalds for Food, and Craigos for dessert. I had to try and guess where we were going so it was fun.

Crazy weekend!

So last saturday a bunch of people from my ward (picture above) we drove out to the caves...now we are talking REAL caves. We walked slowly and carefull (there was ice onthe ground at some parts) we walked a good mile and a half into the three mile deep cave. It was pitch black. We all had glow sticks and we broke them open and sprayed the juice inside all over ourselves and on the cave. It was awesome! It looked like a huge colorful galaxy or something haha. We played hide and go seek. It was soooooo fun!
This is me and eva.....hahaha we take some really amazing pictures haha ...here's one example haha This past saturday our relief society spent the night at the Bishops house. He lives on this huge property and its gorgeous! We slept in tents, (it was so cold haha) we had a fire and the bishop told us about how he met his wife. It was really cute! It was a fun night and it was good to get to know the girls in the ward better.
On Memorial day i got to go river rafting down the Teton River! It was 6 boys and 6 girls and it was soooooooooooo fun! Good thing we had the men though or us ladies would've froze to death! It was a fun adventure!
Hope all is going well with everyone! I love and miss you all mucho! <3

I'm a mother! : )

So at a local Cowboy store they were selling little baby chicks! So our appt decided to get two! They are sooooo cute and fun to hold and sweet to listen too! I love having a pet! And it proves that I should have had one when I was a little girl....or when Ronny got married and Dad promised to get me a dog haha. I give it new water, give them food, clean out there potty stuff...and all that good stuff! There names are Rudy and Izabella! So when ya'll come visit me for my birthday you will just have to meet them! haha love ya'll!

Patriarchal Blessing

So I finally recieved my Patriarchal blessing on Sunday. I really would have liked to have mom and dad there but I felt like now was the right time to get it.
It was here on campus in the Honor Code Office. The Patriarchs name is Brother Sommer. He is probably the cutest little old man I've ever seen. It was him and his wife in the room. They have six kids and 22 grandkids and some great grandkids. They were overly sweet! They asked about my family and told me stories about Patriarchal blessings. Brother Sommers was so cute he was constantly smiling and was always laughing!
It was a very special time for me and the spirit was so strongly there. I cannot wait to recieve the hard copy of it to read over and over again. I will never forget the feelings and spirit I felt. It was life changing.
I'm so grateful for all of you who have made such a huge impact in my life! I love you!

Sunday Traditions

As most of you know there a gorgeous temple in Rexburg Idaho. You can see the temple from anywhere in the city. It is so beautiful and a constant reminder of what I'm aiming for. Every Sunday we my roommates have decided to go and visit the temple. We dont go inside but sit outside, take pictures, etc. It's amazing! These girls in the pictures are my beautiful roomates. All except the girl in the gray dress with pink shoes she is evas friend from home that was visiting when we took these picts. My other roomate is anti-social, which explains why she isn't in them.
I'm so grateful to have a temple so close and always in site. It's a huge blessing in my life!
Last weekend I was able to see the majority of my family. It was an AMAZING weekend! I absolutely adore my family! I look up to all of my siblings and I love them so much! It was so great being able to see all of them.
I miss Livermore......alot, but i'm having fun up here! It snowed today.. : ( but hopefully it'll get warmer soon!

(Dad erase that part from your memory haha). My classes are great! I'm really enjoying my Geology, American Heritage, French, Book of Mormon, Country dance, and Choir classes haha! So my roomate has a super sweet skateboard and I decided I wanted to learn how to ride one! And well...lets just say I ended up just riding on my stomach haha! Miss and love you all! <3

The last Days

So this past week has been AMAZING! We were so blessed to have Ryan, Melissa and Alta stay at our house! It was so fun hanging out with them....even though they woke me up at 9AM every..morning...bleh..but it was still fun! Ryan is super fun and I love him dearly! Melissa is amazing and so fun and gorgeous! Alta is just the cutest thing ever and i just love her squishy cheeks! I miss them already! <3
Lauren, Andrea and I drove down to Monteray Bay( which is where Megan goes to school). It was super fun I got to hang out with some of her friends, we went to the beach, partied hard, acted stupid, dumb, and silly haha and it was a blast! It was so good to be back with my besties! And it's even greater that we can all be at different colleges...not see eachother for months and still be able to hang out like nothing had changed!

I have to admit this has been the hardest month ever...and it's only the 13th! haha
So I'm leaving this Friday for school. I'm excited! I'll get to see my friends, meet new friends, meet new boys : ) and many other things!
Yet....I'M STRESSING! lol
I've noticed I get attached super easily to people, and things! I love my family so incredibly much, I've been crying every night because I miss everyone, plus knowing that life in Livermore is going to go on without me.. GASP!
I've been SO SO SO blessed with the most AMAZING people ever here in Livermore. I couldn't ask for better companions and examples in my life.
I've talked about this to family here..and they just say I need to grow up. But well...sorry! My heart just keeps expanding every day and I love everyone more and more! My friends and siblings are getting sick and tired of me complimenting them everyday but I cant help it! I honestly love you all!
Dont get me wrong i'm super excited for school and I will have the time of my life...but I will sorely miss my life here in Livermore.
Oh well! Thats life huh? Well all y'all HAVE to keep in touch....and if you can
visit me on my birthday! haha <3

Happy birthday Randy!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Randy is one of the most amazing people I know! I love him so much! I remember when I was little when someone would make me cry, or sad Randy was always one of the first tom comfort me. He'd come up to my room and comfort me then always get me to laugh.
He has so many talents. I honestly cant name a single thing he isn't good at! I'm so proud to call him my brother! He can always bring a smile to your face. He is such a good father, and brother to me. I just hope that my future husband is just like him! love you Randy!

So my best friend Megan was on her spring break this week and we spent every day together it was amazing!  It was so good to be back with the besties, Lauren, Vince, and Megan. Andreas spring break is this week...so we'll see here soon! <3
Oh and that picture is of Vince Megan and Lauren giving me there million dollar smiles : )

oh and btw Happy Easter!!! I hope you al are having an amazing day! It's so great to have a day to celebrate the resurrection of Christ! What a miracle!
Today I played the flute for a song the ward choir was singing. I was asked to do it a long time ago and of course I said yes, and a little later I had lost my copy of the music. PANICK ATTACK! HAHAHA luckily mom found it within dads millions of work papers.
But I was still  a nervous reck, last night I couldn't sleep because I hadn't practiced with the choir and ahh! But it went great! thank goodness its over! It was really fun though!

I was Tagged! : )

Melissa Tagged me!

1.Link to the person that tagged you
2.Post the rules on your blog
3.Share 6 non important things/habits/quirks about yourself
4. Tag at least 3 people at the end of your post and link to their blog
5.Let each person know they've been tagged by leaving a comment on their blog
6. Let the fun begin!

1.)I've discovered that I snore...a lot. I'm kind of devastated by this. LOL. How on earth is my husband to tolerate this? It's quite a bothersome thing to me and i'm not sure what to do.....lolllll

2.) I cannot draw hearts if my life depended on it! I swear i was supposed to be a boy because I just cant do all the little girly things. I have horrible handwriting and I cant draw hearts! Kinda sad huh? lol I practice all the time..but yanno...oh and i cant whistle...hmm

3.) Everyone knows I want to be a Cosmetologist, and i'm so excited because I love it and it's a passion for me. But my biggest passion is dancing. I love it so much! I'm by far not the best but that doesn't stop me! Everytime I go to a show or anything with dancing my legs start to twitch and I long to be performing with them! If I could I would love to be a professional dancer. This explains why i'm taking three dance classes up at school next semester : )

4.) I'm a very touchy feely person. I'm the only one in my family that is like that. I love hugs and I think it's because it's the insecure part about me. I always worry that my siblings are annoyed of me or think i'm , or like Carrie better lol. So i'm constantly giving them hugs because it reasures me that we love eachother. Too bad for them that they hate it hahaha : )

5.) I cant pick a style to stick with hahaha. Like one day i'll like dressing like a hick, or the next day a punk, or the next day a prep., or hippie. Like I just cant ever decide! I love al styles and I wish I could stick with one..but I just cant haha!

6.) Some wierd quirks about me are: When I eat apple sauce it has to be cold. I drink my orange juice with ice. I cant eat corn on the cob. If someones hood is inside out...I freak haha! I hate having wet socks. I honestly love everyone and I just cant darn help it!

ok hmmm lets see...I tag Mardi Barber, Ryan Hahn, Rick Johnson : )

Embarrising/Awkward moment...again

So if any of you know me at all..or well..have lived with me you all know my life is full of awkward moments...situations...etc. They just attract me, it makes life so fun and funny though!
So basically i'm gonna fill you in on one of them
While working at CLOROX (NOT "Tide" Ryan haha) there are four different lab kitchens. My job was to turn off the dishwasher after a client used it and wait for it to do it's thing and then turn it off. Now these kitchens are decorated like a normal home to make clients feel at ease. On one wall in each kitchen there was a HUGE mirror.
A little side note...ALL Hahns just love mirrors...we cant pass one by without checking ourselves out. So while I was waiting for the dishwasher to do it's thing I would yanno...check myself out..fix the hair or makeup yanno!
A couplr days later when I was running another test in the kitchens..I notice a door...in between all four kitchens. A lady comes out. I start to think...hmmm then i realize what all the mirrors are for! People go into a room behind all four kitchens and can see into them on the other side of the mirror!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH soooooo embarrising!!!!! hahahahahaha oh dear...so lets just hope the person that was constantly watch me check myself out has a sense of humor! LOL

Celine Dion is Amazing...it's that simple

So when I went to visit my roommate Eva that lives in So Cal a couple weeks ago we were at her friends house and she was watching a DVD of Celine Dions concert in Vegas. Instantly I waas hooked. We watched the entire concert and behind the scenes dvd probably twice while being down there.
So I had to get my own! I even got dad to watch it! The DVD is so amazing...the concert is just jaw dropping awesome! She has 60 dancers on stage with her and it's just such a treat to the eye! Her voice is angelic and I love all of her songs! I highly encourage getting her DVD "A New Day" Live in Las Vegas
SHE'S AMAZING! You will be hooked!

She is hilarious, always singing, soooo caring and sensistive to others needs. Her little dance moves and jokes behind the scenes crack me up....oh celine...you AMAZING!

My Hero

Gordon B. Hinckley was and is my hero. Not only because of his many accomplishments by the building of so many temples, etc. but because of who he was as a person. You can tell just by looking at a picture of him that he is truly kind, sweet, and completely unselfish. He was the most optimistic person I've ever known. He was put in charge of so many problems and difficulties and he never doubted that they could be solved. At times where most people would freak out, be completely stressed out, or mad, President Hinckley was calm, peaceful and trusted in the Lord that everything was in his hands. I'm so so so grateful that I had him as an example, and Prophet in my life. In my dorm room up at college we had a picture of him in our living room. It was a constant reminder of who and what we should be like. I always considered him to be lie a grandpa to me. In October I was invited to go to General Conference. My parents didn't want me to go because it was too far away and bad weather. But I had a feeling I needed to go. I'm so grateful that I had the opportunity to be in the same room as my hero, and beloved prophet of God. I was overwhelmed with the spirit the moment I saw him. I've been truly blessed to have had his presence on this beautiful earth for the past 18 years of my life. I miss him tremendously but I'm so grateful he is with God and his amazing wife. God be with you till we meet again President Hinckley.

I'm a working woman!!!

Hey! So Dad decided I had had enough fun and play and sent me off to work! I dont only work at Cold Stone now but i'm also hired at Kelly Services which is  a temp agency. My first assignment was for Clorox! To be precise it was at the Consumer Learning Center for Clorox. It's in Pleasanton and what they do is before a product goes out to stores they want to test it and get consumers ideas about it. So they have certain tests where people from the community come out and give opinions for money. Pretty cool huh?

So they had me come in and call consumers to see if they would like to come in. I guess they liked me cuzz they have been requesting me specifically to come in and work. I've been working tues-friday..7:45am-5pm. I know what you are thinking....SARAH? get up before noon?! haha but yes....
Lately I've been running some of the tests, and greeting people, and just doing little chores. It's been really fun! I've really gotten to know all the people in the office and i've just had so much fun!
Another little job I did was for a Law Firm office. A lawyer had 9 people come in. He presented his opening statement on a case..and we gave our opinions on how he could do it better! It was really interesting and fun!
I love to work, I really enjoy working with people, I just dont really like the waking up early etc. bleh! haha
